Site Transactions
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
Shipping / Freight
Extreme Outdoor Sports reserves the right to freight products through any of its provided carriers. Shipping locations may vary based on product. Extreme Outdoor Sports reserves the right to freight goods from its Australian Warehouses, Retail Outlets, USA Warehouses and European Warehouses pending the product.
Extreme Outdoor Sports reserves the right to consolidate freight and use its manufacturers and Distribution partners to "dropship" goods to customers from international locations if needed. "Dropship" meaning, freight directly from supplier.
Extreme Outdoor Sports endeavours to have all goods delivered within a reasonable timeframe of 10 working days. We are not liable for freight handlers delays, Australia Post delays or incorrect deliveries made by freight companies.

Product Information
The prices displayed on the Site are quoted in Australian Dollars. Certain products are available exclusively online through the Site. These products may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only through the Site according to the applicable return policy. Please read the return policy for further information.
Ammunition Sales are in accordance with Section 65 of the NSW Firearms Act 1996.
Errors, Inaccuracies, and Omissions
Occasionally there may be information on our Site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, and availability. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold Extreme Outdoor Sports Pty Ltd. harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, costs and expenses, including attorneys' fees, arising from or related to your use of the Site and/or your breach of any representation, warranty, or other provision of the Agreement. All Shipping has a standard 10 day max handling period. All postage is based on the assumption the product is in stock.
Extreme Outdoor Sports Pty LTD hold no responsibility or liability for any items or there part of held by International Customs. It is the consumers responsibility to understand and abide by their relevant countries laws and regulations regarding imorts and prohibited items.
Dispute Resolution
Mindful of the high cost of litigation, not only in dollars but also in time and energy, both you and Extreme Outdoor Sports Pty Ltd. agree to the following dispute resolution procedure: In the event of any controversy, claim, action or dispute arising out of or related to any transaction conducted on the Site, or the breach, enforcement, interpretation, or validity of this Agreement or any part of it ("Dispute"), the party asserting the Dispute shall first try in good faith to settle such Dispute by providing written notice to the other party (by first class or registered mail) describing the facts and circumstances (including any relevant documentation) of the Dispute and allowing the receiving party 30 days in which to respond to or settle the Dispute. Notice shall be sent (1) to Extreme Outdoor Sports Pty Ltd. at: Extreme Outdoor Sports Pty Ltd. Legal Department, ½ Mineral Rd, Oak Flats, NSW, 2529 or (2) to you at: your last-used billing address or the billing and/or shipping address in your online profile. Both you and Extreme Outdoor Sports Pty Ltd. agree that this dispute resolution procedure is a condition precedent which must be satisfied prior to initiating any litigation or filing any claim against the other party.
Choice of Law
This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New South Wales, without regard to any conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively by the state and/or federal courts of the State New South Wales. The waiver of any provision of the Agreement shall not be considered a waiver of any other provision or of Extreme Outdoor Sports Pty Ltd.'s right to require strict observance of each of the terms herein. If any provision of the Agreement is found to be unenforceable or invalid for any reason, that provision shall be severable, and all other provisions shall remain in full force and effect. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between us relating to your use of the Site.
Raffle Terms& Conditions of Use
- Entrants are not restricted or limited to the number of raffle tickets which may be purchased.
- Raffle ticket sales will commence on the date advertised via the website or Extreme Outdoor Sports Pty Ltd social media platforms and all times are Australian Eastern Standard Time.
- Entrants need not be present to win. Prizes cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash.
- Vouchers are not able to be redeemed for prohibited weapons that fall under the Weapons Prohibition Act 1998.
- The draw for the winners will take place as per the advertised date and time via the website or Extreme Outdoor Sports Pty Ltd social media platforms at the Extreme Outdoor Sports Pty Ltd office, 1/2 Mineral Rd, Oak Flats, NSW, 2529.
- The legal age for purchasing raffle tickets is 18. If the winners are under the age of 18 years the prizes will be awarded to their parents or legal guardians.
- In the draw for the winners, the major prize will be drawn first and the other prizes drawn in descending order of the prize number and value.
- All winners will be notified by phone or email within 8 days of the winners being drawn, and the winner’s details will be published on the Extreme Outdoor Sports Pty Ltd social media platforms. A list of all prizes and winners will be displayed.
- Prize values are the recommended retail value as provided by the supplier/website and are correct at time of printing. All prize values are in Australian dollars.
- Extreme Outdoor Sports Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or sustained in connection with any prize/s, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

- Start and End Date - All Raffle start and ed dates will be clearly displayed in the Raffle description. The raffle may end if the all tickets are exhausted before the end date. If all tickets are not exhausted by the end date EOS has the right to extend the end date by 14 day incriments until all tickets are sold
Who we Support
Extreme Outdoor Sports donates a % of all proceeds from raffle tickets sales to local grass roots organisations that are in need of funding assistance. We operate in accordance with Fair Tradings requirements. We do this to ensure those who enjoy our past time are able to get the funding and equipment they require to participate in our sport. We specifically support Wollongong City Surf Life Saving Club on an ongoing basis.
Termination
These terms are effective unless and until terminated by either you or Extreme Outdoor Sports Pty Ltd. You may terminate this Agreement at any time. Extreme Outdoor Sports Pty Ltd. also may terminate this Agreement at any time without notice, and accordingly may deny you access to the Site, if in our sole judgment you fail to comply with any term or provision of the Agreement. The obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred prior to the termination date shall survive the termination of this Agreement for all purposes.
